This is the first time we went to a dealership (Lewiston) and got the 100%exceptional experience. I am not kidding you! We were not pushed, sold broken promises, or even mislead in any way. If you are looking for someone to work with you and take time to show all their options, then go to Gary. After making a purchase, we went through our walk through for our Montana High Country. We noticed some small issues, without hesitation they addressed them immediately. Ask for Jason, he is awesome and knowledgeable!!! We were traveling in our RV from Denver to Sandpoint. Temperature was in the low 100s and our air conditioner stopped working in Idaho on a Saturday. We drove to the Liberty Lake RV center. Without any appointment and driving an RV that RnR didn't sell or service, Rob figured out the problem and restored our air conditioning. Absent Rob's help we would have been frying eggs on our foreheads it was so hot. Thank you so much Rob!

What a great experience buying our RV and the service after. Kevin, our sales rep, was no pressure but full of information. Personable, friendly and so easy to work with. Marty had us in and out of the dreaded finance part very quickly and was also a pleasure to work with. I called the service department for a couple of questions and they found the answers and got back to me within a couple of hours. Jerry in parts helped us find what we needed. He took us around to show us what we were going to get and then went out to our RV to explain how it would work on ours. He also went above and beyond.
